Yes it's in a leisure centre, but apart from that, once you're in the spa on the first floor (just tell reception you have a SPA appointment, And then go up the stairs) it's like any other spa with low lighting nice smells and ambient music. I had the body pumice exfoliation and eyelash tint before my holiday with Ann Marie. Treatments especially the scrub were amazing! And my therapist was so nice and friendly and seemed really knowledgeable. Thank you! I will definitely be back

Staff was friendly but she just asked me to fill in the form and didn't ask anything in person such as where is your concerned area or what is your expectation etc... hot stone was good temperature but I felt my therapist just did the routine, not special at all.
