The spa area with the sauna and steam room had perfectly dimmed lighting and good amount of space. It was clean. The temperture in the sauna and steam room felt right. All was comfortable. My only complain is that the showers next to the spa were not working and we weren't notified in advance of this. However, the receptionist was very helpful and offered a second option which wasn't ideal but at least I could shower. I am not sure what the questionnaire and the app is referring to Thermal 1.

I smiled all the way home! Even though the showers at the leisure center wernt working, there was a safe place for me to bring my things with me and scrub clean after a revitalising experience in the thermal spa. Very much appreciated, and essential!
