The overall experience was very good. It’s my second time. The steam and sauna are perfect temperature. The room is dimmed nicely. The ice fountain provides a nice option to cool down. The lemon water is also an added plus. The showers need repairing

The staff was really nice and friendly although I think the person was struggling to get everything ready in time due to being alone...not her fault, I think it is a 2men job.
My sloy was between 10-12.00 and Unfortunately the sauna was not heated up properly just after an hour. My constructive feedback is to get 2 people in the morning ti be able to start working things in the spa at 9.30 so the client arriving at 10 would be able to enjoy the full 2 hours slot they have paid for.
