Everything was great, apart of the showers that did not work in the female changing room and it was very upsetting that they did not let us know in the advance.

2 hours after booking a same day appointment I was called to be told that they would be bringing my appointment forward by half hour and curtailing the 2 hour spa treatment down to 45 minutes- there would be no refund and I was told it was Treatwell fault. Fault lay with the spas for not fulfilling their contract but was told to take it or leave it. Upon arrival I learned the showers did not work also- so after spa and massage was told to go home to shower. Again - no compensation or refund.
