Have visited this branch maybe 5 times already, and it's been up & down.
This time:
- Sauna was operating at 65C, instead of standard 77C-88C
- Aroma Steam Room not working
- Hydrotherapy Pool temperature was cold to lukewarm.
After 35 minutes of working through these issues with the receptionist, I decided to leave as I was not receiving the relaxing experience that I had paid for.
After complaining about 3 times, I finally got due compensation by way of a free ticket for me and a +1.
