Sauna was out of order, was told a refund would be made. Also no light in the steam room that was very temperamental with the steam. Generally the spa felt loud. No tea and towels were soaking so couldn’t even really relax in the relaxation area. Disappointed as I took my friend for the first time.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
The back, shoulder and neck massage was perfect. Really good pressure was used and felt like given the 20 minutes that was allocated it was effective enough, need to book a longer session. Asides from the friendly staff at the desk and cleanliness of the spa where the treatments happen, improvement to the female changing rooms would be nice as it feels worlds apart. Appreciate the facilities now all work inside the thermal suite area, however infrared always seems to be on a timer.

It was relaxing experience. Sauna was good, steam room was good, infrared sauna, ice fountain, rain shower was great. Jacuzzi was a bit annoying as it would work for 10 min then stop for 3 min and you.need to get off Jacuzzi to reach an operating button to switch Jacuzzi bubbles on again.Drinking water was nice add on, but wasn't tasting good,especially cucumber water, perhaps quality of cucumber ruin it or water was tap water. One of two massage therapists wasn't great (0* rating),other M 5*
