The spa was fine but I ended up being bitten badly (probably in the changing room as there were so many bugs and flies in there). Won’t be going again.

It is a nice set up inside the spa and sauna area, it was also quite quiet so it was peaceful and you didn’t feel crowded by other people. Only real downside was that the door to give direct access to the women’s change room didn’t work so you have to go out and down the public corridor to go into the sauna area from the change rooms.

They had no hot water when we arrived. Jacuzzi was freezing cold. The tropical shower was malfunctioning. The steam room seats had marks on them and it just felt grim. The changing rooms and showers actually smelt of sewage. I’ve never been to a spa this disgusting and appalling in my whole life.

the spa is nice but i've been given a staines towel and no one was at the reception for 15 minutes, resultin in me entering the spa 20-25 minutes later than planned (and booked)
