I wanted to book with me and my husband booked 1 on line as didn't allow to book together.
But it had a different located time.
So wrote on appointment we want 4pm together not 2pm and 4pm
They were NOT helpful, and customer service was bad. I'm a senior Spa therapist so was not good to experience this first hand.
I've been here twice before alone and I enjoy the experience usually, just hot tub can be warmer.
This was a gift and special time ruined did NOT end up going and wasting my money.
