I was disappointed to find that the infrared sauna was not working when I visited. The heat in the other sauna was lukewarm at best. However, the steam room and hydrotherapy pool thankfully worked as expected. I did not receive a pair of flip flops as promised upon arrival. I was also disappointed with the showers in the female changing rooms as I saw a couple of flies. Overall, I don’t necessarily feel out of pocket given the discounted rate, however, I don’t think it is great value for money.

No one was behind the counter- we had to wait 15 minutes until another member of staff had to be called. Nothing worked inside the Spa. Steam room lights not working. Repeatedly had to ask the now present member of staff to do something. Awful

Appoint was booked for 12pm. No one was at reception at the time and my booking was not registered. Luckily the woman who did my treatment was able to do it at 13:30 but I had to go away and come back.
