Lovely staff and lovely welcome. It is part of the leisure centre, as in you use the same changing rooms but the space itself is very nice. Lovely dry cosy relaxation room, with fruit and tea etc which you can only use once dried off and some loungers in the main part too. Loved the monsoon shower and ice scrub. The only thing it lacks is even a small swimming pool. I hadn't read the description properly so hadn't realised it didn't have one. Went with my other half who prefers to swim than lounge. I would go again, perhaps without him and would certainly book a treatment this time. Great value at 10 pounds a pass :)

The Spa is spotless and the staff are friendly. It is not a huge spa but there is everything you need for a relaxing couple of hours and it was not too busy when we visited on a Sunday afternoon. Excellent value. Would recommend!
