Friendly staff and very clean spa. The body exfoliation treatment was good, but short and not really value for money. The facial was excellent as was the massage. One of the best massages I've had and will definitely look to rebook a facial and massage without the pumice.

Very nice facial, the space was very professional and you wouldn't think it was part of a leisure centre. Heated bed was very relaxing, if a bit too warm in July (the therapist turned it off). The one area of dissatisfaction was that the therapist's smelled strongly of cigarettes, and I didn't really want them on my face.

The Head in the Clouds ritual (scalp, face and neck massage) was excellent and the staff were lovely. The mask left my hair very knotty though. Due to not being able to find the entrance and then having to fill out some forms at the beginning, I lost some time in the spa; the staff were very accommodating and gave me the option of having my treatment at a later time in the afternoon, but it would be good if the website advised people to arrive 15-20 minutes early. When I called to book the thermal spa experience, I was told that the 1pm-4pm slot was available. I called back 5 minutes later to confirm, and was then told the only available slot was 4pm-6pm. I'm not sure whether this was a miscommunication between their staff, but it was frustrating as it meant I lost an hour of spa time. Overall, I did enjoy the experience, but definitely needed more time.
