Amazing experience at this spa. The place was spotless! There was water and herbal tea available for the clientele. The staff were great from reception right through to therapist. My first hot stone massage ever and Vanessa (my therapist) definitely has the touch. Her hands were like magic. The only downside was the spin class who which was held outside the spa facilities- very loud! But I am definitely goinh back.

Treatments were great value, great staff. The spa is very much a council-run leisure centre rather than a spa...plenty of wailing kids, sweaty gym goers and unpleasant cheap shower gel in the grubby changing rooms. The thermal spa facility itself is very small and a bit too cold, but the treatments rooms were great and treatment staff seemed well-qualified. Wish I could have taken some gorgeous Elemis soap back to the skanky showers!
