Good day out but 2 small rooms, you have to play musical chairs if you want to sit with your friend. Facial was ok but stroking gently as opposed to massage - not for me.

A fantastic place to unwind. The treatments were fantastic and the facilities were some of the best spa facilities I’ve seen. Changing room showers could have been slightly cleaner, but this is minor. I can’t fault anything else!!

Really good value for money! I was very pleasantly surprised with the spa facilities, even though they're within the Kensington leisure centre. The spa gave you a robe, towel and flip flops, large and clean changing rooms. The thermal spa has a jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna, as well as a few lounge chairs. The 'head in the clouds' treatment included a neck/shoulder/head/face massage, including a leave in hair mask. The treatment room was lovely, therapists and staff were very pleasant. Did it as a couples massages in request which was really nice. All that for £35, well worth it!

My first spa experience, it was lovely and relaxing. We had the head in the clouds treatment and didn’t want it to end! Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean facilities. Will definitely come back
