The Spa is close to me so I am a regular customer there.
It is clean and have everything I need. I feel good when I am there and the feeling stay with me till next day.
The temperature at the spa is not controlled very well, sometimes it's quite cold and sometimes it's very hot.
Pleasant experience. A little busy. To many towels occupying a vacant lounge chairs. Flavoured waters was lovely but staff need to keep an eye on cups for hot drinks and keep the fruit bowl replenished.
Overall a beautiful experience had with friends
Sadly, I did not realised the Grenfell Tower overlooked the spa. I found this really upseting
