Good massage, good value compared to some other locations nearby. It doesn't feel like that much of a treat going to the sports centre though.

Amazing experience at this spa. The place was spotless! There was water and herbal tea available for the clientele. The staff were great from reception right through to therapist. My first hot stone massage ever and Vanessa (my therapist) definitely has the touch. Her hands were like magic. The only downside was the spin class who which was held outside the spa facilities- very loud! But I am definitely goinh back.
