I experienced a horrific individual who cornered me in the Sauna, he exposed himself and proceeded to do something utterly horrific and disgusting. I had to run out and tried to alert two men and they just shrugged, it took a female member of staff to go in a verbal shout and tell him to get out! Where was security? I made a statement and to-date 2 months on I was never contacted. I called head office and was promised this would be escalated. Female staff was followed home previously by him!

Sauna was out of order, was told a refund would be made. Also no light in the steam room that was very temperamental with the steam. Generally the spa felt loud. No tea and towels were soaking so couldn’t even really relax in the relaxation area. Disappointed as I took my friend for the first time.
