I have used this spa at Kensington Leisure Centre a few times, I've always had a great experience. I feel great afterwards and I have recommended this thermal spa experience to many others.

The spa is lovely and clean and looks quite new. However, there were far too many people there - we went on a Sunday. So we were unable to get to use the jacuzzi as it was full. The experience shower is lovely. Could do with a regular shower in the spa to cool off after the sauna though.
