the spa was very clean and relaxing. took a while for the steam room & jacuzzi to heat up but once fed back to the team, the fixed it immediately. the only downside is the shower in the changing rooms - both men & women's had several drain flies!

So disappointed im pregnant and really needed a rested few hours
Arrived no staff working as no treatments booked in so down too the gym staff to see us in, on treat well states we get flip flops this isn’t the case anymore so should remove this
Dirty cups from the day before in the sauna and stream room
I come here a lot over the years never had a problem wasted my money for two of us

Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about Treadwell. I booked four salt massages for my bridesmaid. The spa contacted me to say they didn't have any salt. So we had to cancel. It was February 15th, and I still haven't received a refund of £240. Treadwell is impossible to contact. They have no phone NUMBER or EMAIL address. I need to contact Acting Fraud and file a criminal complaint. I can't believe something that's supposed to be about relaxation and enjoyment has turned INTO A NIGHTMARE
