Didn't look at the other facilities, but my treatment room was clean and comfortable, and the heated bed was an extra relaxing touch. I can't say enough wonderful things about Emma, the massage therapist -- I don't think I've ever had a better, more relaxing treatment. Excellent value, brilliant massage, highly recommended.

Great experience as always. The only issue with the Kensington spa is that it’s not as big as some of the other spa experiences so doesn’t have a hammam and sauna can get a bit crowded.
