I booked the experience discovery day for my mums birthday for the two of us. We could use the spa facilities from 10am onwards for 3 hours until our treatments started. There’s not much to use really; a small jacuzzi that had bits of glass (!) in it, a nice steam room (my fav), a sauna (that had a pool of water at the bench) and a cold shower with three settings. A separate quiet room with a couple of apples and a small selection of tea and hot water. Those beds were damp none follows the rules to go in there dry. Also no swimming pool unless you’re part of the gym.
GOOD STUFF the treatments made up for the first part of this package. Both therapists were wonderful hands just like of angels. My mum and I both had the body scrub (lovely scent) , a super string and wonderful back massage and a relaxing facial massage.

Nice head massage in a great treatment room but did not last 25 minutes and the therapist seemed a little new or inexperienced. The spa was loud and the dry relaxation lounge too small.
