The staff seemed very stressed and tired, it was uncoordinated, my treatment was late and I had to ask to check it was going ahead which led my massage therapist to be pulled out of a treatment she was still doing with someone else to do mine. The room was cold and the massage therapist did not seem very competent or skilled at the massage she was giving me. I've had this type of massage several times before and her version was very different.

It was a good experience! Jacuzzi, stream room, sauna and relax room. The price is really good for what they offers. They also give you towel and sandals.

A very relaxing massage. Amber was very nice and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I even fell asleep! will be back.

It was my third time using their thermal spa, always a nice treat for a very reasonable price. Clean facilities and friendly staff. The only thing I would say is the temperature in the spa area could be a bit warmer, once you've got wet in the steam room, it's too cool to chill out on the loungers for too long!
