The massages and facials were great. However, the staff were not prepared when we arrived which was a bit awkward.
In the spa, the jacuzzi wasn't working so essentially we spent as much time between the steam room and sauna as we could, but the jacuzzi not being available was disappointing and I didn't feel as if the staff were bothered by the fact that it wasn't working, nor did they warn us beforehand even though they knew it wasn't working. Kind of soured the experience, and the locker room showers are pretty puny - for a girl with a lot of curly hair they took ages and the shower heads are so close to the wall I kept knocking the things on the shelf over with my hair. Took out the relaxation from the previous massage & facial.

Such a great experience from start to finish can’t really fault anything apart from the main showers being a bit on he cooler side of warm. Treatments were amazing, better then 5 stars hotel ones I’ve been too. Recommend
