Receptionist seemed new and made several mistakes that I had to keep coming back to rectify which delayed my relaxation time. Overall was clean. Was a little annoying that the jacuzzi times out. Another person requested for it to be switched back on and no one came, so I had to go out myself to request. I would go again as I had an excellent massage so will be back and really enjoyed the monsoon shower experience.

Lovely experience, although had a slight issue with my booking. Was told that although I booked through treatwell and chose my time and date through treatwell and had a booking reference stating this along with the date, I had to still call the Spa to book date/time slot with them directly???
Jacuzzi was cold so only used it once otherwise a pleasant experience.

Such a great massage experience! Totally professional and such a lovely spa. Amazing facilities for a leisure centre!
The Elemis products that were used were great and my masseuse really listened to what I wanted. I would definitely return!
