The facial was wonderful and the staff is lovely and accommodating. The place is spotlessly clean as well. The jacuzzi though is really cold, and the showers in the changing room did not have much hot water either. We went on a Saturday, so there were loads of groups of girls chatting loudly and taking over the sauna/steam/jacuzzi wherever you went.

The treatment was brilliant and so relaxing i had the best massage! Just be aware that the spa facilities are not inclusive of the price as I paid extra :)
