It wasn't a peel as the title suggests and the therapist seemed to know very little about skin care - she didn't bother examining my skin at all at the start of the facial. The extraction was very brief/incomplete and I still had lots of blackheads afterwards. My skin did not feel any cleaner or refreshed at the end of the treatment, just thick with product. There was a lot of massaging so fine if you're going for a pampering experience, but as a facial was poor. They offered to re-do the extraction after I complained.
