The spa and the treatment itself was great. I would highly recommend this spa for a nice and relaxing day. The staff were kind and happy to answer any questions. Parking was available outside on the street for £1.30 per hour for up to 4 hours. There was a jacuzzi but not an actual pool, which was fine for me as someone who doesn't really swim anyway. All in all it was a great experiencne I recommend getting a smoothie at the end. I generally don't enjoy smoothies but I loved the berry burst

The staff were very friendly. It was my first time there and I went for a 3 hour thermal experience.
The spa was really clean. The changing area, showers and of course the spa area was extremely clean.
I was very relaxed at the end of my session. I did not have a treatment on this occasion but will return and have one then.
