It was the least enjoyable session I’ve experienced at this centre. It took two women on their phones, and four women speaking loudly and incessantly for me to leave it this week. All said they were ‘new’ & ‘didn’t know’. No attendant.

A really relaxing facial and a warm welcome on arrival. It included masks as well as head and arm massage. My skin defiinetly looked and felt brighter afterwards.

I love the Kensington Spa, the treatment was extremely relaxing and my face was refreshed, glowing and plump. Leigh has the most soothing hands I've ever felt and was very skilled therapist, with sound knowledge about the different facials and treatments available and to suit my skin type. Will definitely eb coming back. The Spa facilities are amazing fro a central London location.
