I had booked this treatment twice before and was happy. But this time they cut my 50mins by 10mins and had a most weak touches I’ve ever had in a massage. And was told that I had my full 50mins. I had gone in 3:30 to change the therapist came in 3:35 took 5mins to get ready then finished 4:15 and I was out the room by 4:20. And they told me that I had my full 50min treatment. It’s just lazy staff trying to cut corners. And rude enough to blatantly lie in your face. I would have been happy with a apology and maybe discount for my next treatment but nothing but telling me that you had your massage. Which was mostly a women petting me on my back.

The jacuzzi/hydro pool was too cold to comfortably sit in. We notified the staff of this and were told it would warm up however at the end of our 3 hours it was still the same temperature. Otherwise the day was lovely.
