The Jacuzzi was cold at points and stopped working half way through. I had to go out to reception to ask them to fix it. Its quite a small space for a Spa Experience! The receptionist was lovely. My therapist lovely but the room was too bright. The curtains didnt block out all of the sun so wasnt as relaxing as it should have been. I wouldnt recommend it for the money!
