I visited on a Monday with my mum and we enjoyed it. We had the head in the clouds treatment which was lovely and relaxing. The facilities are quite basic but has everything you need for a quick spa afternoon relaxation session. The cleanliness of the place is excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Right next to Grenfell towers, so you can’t miss it. Lovely receptionists (although one younger lady was talking about her lunch break and when she should take it to another member of staff at the reception while we were waiting to get our towels, slippers and robes) so don’t expect real professional spa-etiquette. It is inside a leisure centre too.... so you can hear tannoys and loud noises during your massage/treatments. We wouldn’t come back unfortunately.
