Despite 2 calls to book me in, I was not booked in for the spa facilities and facial.
Spa facilities are very basic and extremely over sold.

Right next to Grenfell towers, so you can’t miss it. Lovely receptionists (although one younger lady was talking about her lunch break and when she should take it to another member of staff at the reception while we were waiting to get our towels, slippers and robes) so don’t expect real professional spa-etiquette. It is inside a leisure centre too.... so you can hear tannoys and loud noises during your massage/treatments. We wouldn’t come back unfortunately.

Booked the head in the clouds treatment and had a great time. The treatment was really good and with the 3 hours spa time, good value. The spa itself has a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and relaxation room. The jacuzzi was a bit cold but otherwise all very nice.

I booked this for Myself and My partner.We were very disappointed.The only two things that worked were the Sauna,and the Steam room.The Jacuzzi was absolutely awful,I went to enter the Jacuzzi and the water was cold,I asked a Member of Staff,She said nothing and then came back 20mins later and told Us to get out of the Jacuzzi as there was a problem,they then drained the water out.While standing around waiting it eventually filled up into yet again,COLD WATER.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.VERY BAD.
