I have been to other Spa Experience by Better venues and this one just didn’t meet the standard. Staff were not particularly helpful when asked questions, the access to the spa from the changing rooms wasn’t functional so we had to go through the relaxation room every time which meant being disturbed by other people in later sessions at the time we relaxed ! There was barely any ice in the fountain, cups were not replaced for water, and only two blankets were available in a very crammed room.

The venue was nice and the Head in the Cloud treatment was lovely! There was more people booked into our session than available loungers in both the relaxation room and the spa room which meant we had nowhere to sit and it was pretty noisy. Both these rooms were lovely though, and regularly topped up with water and teas.

Really really good spa treatments but the thermal spa was quite disappointing and small. good value and for a 2-3 hour spa day.
