I went there with my boyfriend on a Friday afternoon for the first time. It was a great 3-hour experience, with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relax room types of shower. We ended up our Spa experience with a 25 minutes massage. The staff is really kind and they provide towels, flip flops and robes free of charge. The changing rooms are clean and well equiped with hairdryers and whatnots. However, you should bring 1£ for the lockers. We will definitely come back!

Treatment rooms are lovely and the beauty therapist was excellent. My Head in the Clouds treatment was super relaxing. Spa facilities are small but high quality and very comfortable. I was expecting it to be noisy as it shares a building with a general community fitness centre, but everything was very peaceful and calm.
