This is really good value for money, it's got everything you'd expect from a spa (other than a pool which isn't too big a deal) and is has a good low lighting and nice relaxation room with tea and music. It is great if you're looking for value for money for a basic spa day. The only thing I would say and I'm sure she didn't notice was the staff member coming to change the hot water in the relaxation room was very heavy handed and made alot of noise somewhere that you want to chill. Overall great
It wasn't a SPA experience, it was a PUB or meeting room experience. The rooms are pretty good, but people are just no polite and not able to respect a relax moment. I think the practice also overbooked the use of the spa. It was about 30 people inside a space that supposed to be for at max 10 people in order to create a peaceful and relaxing environment.
I suggested to the reception to give people a sign saying: ''I am in silence''. Maybe could work as people couldn't contain their mouth.
Massage different from others I’ve had before at this spa. Therapist uncovered my back but then massaged my legs so my back was left exposed and cold. Feet left uncovered the whole time until I specifically asked for a blanket. Did not massage my feet at all, or my hands really. No neck and shoulder massage when I was lying on my back. Overall I felt cold and uncomfortable during the treatment. Disappointed as I’m a regular at the spa.
