Booking for 10am, arrived and no one at the front desk. Looked in the massage area for someone. The shower inside has 3 options but only one worked, tropical storm or something which was cold water. Went inside the steam room, there was no steam. Got my towel, went to the front desk. The receptionist came in with keys to switch it on. I came out the steam room to go into the sauna to find that it was also off and so was the infrared sauna. I used the steam room only and left dissatisfied

the jacuzzi is small and not big enough when the spa is busy,the showers in the female changing room are not cleaned properly,you have to bring your own padlock,,refreshments are ok.

Unfortunately not a very relaxing experience. I left early due to there being men inside during supposedly women’s only time slot. Reception team unhelpful / non existent.
