I am sorry to leave such a negative review, as I never actually visited the spa, but I feel compelled to comment given how poorly I was treated. I am a regular customer of the centre for the swimming pool and had booked a spa treatment for the first time. I paid online, as this was the only option available. I later discovered that no therapist was available on that day and no appointment had been officially booked. I am still waiting for my refund.

Can’t really review the staff because the desk wasn’t attended and I got the run around from central reception which made accessing the spa quite a long & confusing process, but once I was in there it was very decent. A great little escape.
