The ambience was still really relaxing. Cleaning was done regularly and was not distracting in any way. Due to hygiene protocols their are no refreshments- which was missed but understandable. They had new products which were great especially for this time of year. The therapist was attentive and did my nails perfectly and cut to the right length. Had a lovely morning. What could have been better are the disposable slippers as it will add to waste and not sustainable not to mention wet material slippers feel squishy when using in the steam room or monsoon shower. Maybe cheap flip flops especially for use in the monsoon shower or the steam room might be more practical. Either way the team did great and I enjoyed myself.

Dont recommend offer of 2 hours spa and cleopatra treatment. Not worth it at all, spa is to small for two hour wait. Treatment is not relaxing, its slightly uncomfortable
