Friendly and welcoming. The facilities were pleasant - especially the jacuzzi! The monsoon shower was lovely but the regular showers in the main changing room were disappointing - most of them didn’t seem to work properly. My facial was lovely but I did have oil/cream in my eye which was a bit uncomfortable for a while. The spa experience and facial were both reasonably priced.

I warn against doing any LVL Lash Lift with therapist Niamh. Don't risk your look. Avoid. I regret. Although lovely lady, she ruined my lower lashes : ( Upper nicely lifted but some of the bottom have been caught and curled upwards! 5 days post appt I still can't apply my mascara on and my makeup looks odd. I reported it to the salon but the only help they oferred back was useless advice. Now I have to wait god knows how long for them to return to their natural shape. Disaster.
