the spa consist in an area with Sauna, Turkish bath, Infrared zone (only for your back as you'll sit with your back on the infrared panel) and generally a warm hot tub. This time the hot tub was straight cold, so it was really making it unpleasant to stay in for more than 2 minutes (some people directly avoided the tub) …I believe it was unfair that they didn't flag this when we were at the reception, and being 1/4 of the experience, it wasn't correct to make us pay the full price
