I booked a 50 minute massage through Treatwell, which was confirmed by email with a start time of 12.10. I arrived at 12.05, & made a leisurely trip to the washroom before my treatment. The massage was great. But I was surprised when it ended at just after 12.45. I make this 35 - not 50 minutes. A BIG difference. When I queried this at the desk I was told all treatments are scheduled to start ON the hour. Why do Treatwell send out the start wrong times, cheating clients out of paid-for time?

Located inside the leisure centre but the nice you enter the spa area it’s like you’re elsewhere. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Took my 2 daughters and we had facials, very relaxing and my skin felt amazing after. Looking forward to returning soon
