A surprisingly luxurious experience with wide treatment beds and spacious rooms. The use of oils and music was deeply relaxing I was pleasantly surprised as it is the leisure centre but it is definitely professional spa. The therapist was highly professional, skilled and caring. A fantastic massage. Thank you

First of all, nothing to do with Kensington the spa located middle of a council state behind Ladbroke Grove. The receptionist was very kind and helpful but this is where the positive side finished. The place feels dark and unclean. The changing room and the showers are filthy, I couldn't wait to come home and take a shower.

A hidden gem - I would never have stumbled upon this unassuming spa without Treatwell.
My facial was excellent - I left feeling thoroughly pampered and refreshed. My skin feels incredible.
Highly recommend and I plan on coming back.
