I arrived 10mn late for my appointment due to tube delays and ended up having only a 33mn actual facial time instead of the 50mn paid for. I understand that there was a patient after me but the team hasn’t been able to make a credit gesture or a discount towards a future facial to compensate for this inconvenience.
the spa consist in an area with Sauna, Turkish bath, Infrared zone (only for your back as you'll sit with your back on the infrared panel) and generally a warm hot tub.
This time the hot tub was straight cold, so it was really making it unpleasant to stay in for more than 2 minutes (some people directly avoided the tub) …I believe it was unfair that they didn't flag this when we were at the reception, and being 1/4 of the experience, it wasn't correct to make us pay the full price
