It was a wonderful thermal experience. I felt really good after.I enjoyed the spa. I missed the sauna that was not working.

Nice massage, although not very intense. The spa had a few minor issues such as jacuzzi not working - though I did know this in advance. But also there was a couple who were pretty loud and affectionate with each other in the sauna which wasn't ideal.

Despite numerous signs put stating people should refrain from heavy panting/breathing and talking too loud. It is unfortunate that some of the guests do not adhere to these rules and this ruins the experience for everyone else who is trying to relax. Not sure if the venue can do anything about this but it is very off putting
