Rebekah was the therapist on the day and she was amazing. I really enjoyed the massage and felt so relaxed. Would 100% recommend. I wish there was an option for longer than 25 minutes!!

When I arrived I was told the system wasn’t in sync with the website and I would have to wait,explained a non friendly,non apologetic receptionist.
She tried to get me to cancel and reschedule, despite me actually being there and ready for my treatment.
I was told that she only had one therapist on duty, but it was showing 4 on the website.
I got asked to wait 40 minutes as the therapist was with another client.
When I returned I was ignored.
I was made to feel uncomfortable
