Although the treatment and facilities at the spa were enjoyable, unfortunately, our overall experience was marred by an unpleasant encounter with the receptionist upon our arrival. We had booked a package that included spa access and a treatment, but my friend unintentionally and mistakenly booked the wrong treatment. Despite our request for options or solutions, the receptionist was rude, confrontational, and unhelpful. This really ruined our whole experience.

The spa booking email was really handy with its tips to bring a pound coin and extra towel. In future emails it might be good to add that for certain treatments disposable underwear will be provided. It's just nice to know what to expect. Overall a good experience, very relaxing treatment and a nice time in the spa area! Only complaint was one man who clearly ignored the 'no phones' rule, he was on his phone the entire time, and also never left the hottub. Just sat on his phone in the tub.
