When I arrived I was told the system wasn’t in sync with the website and I would have to wait,explained a non friendly,non apologetic receptionist.
She tried to get me to cancel and reschedule, despite me actually being there and ready for my treatment.
I was told that she only had one therapist on duty, but it was showing 4 on the website.
I got asked to wait 40 minutes as the therapist was with another client.
When I returned I was ignored.
I was made to feel uncomfortable

A surprisingly luxurious experience with wide treatment beds and spacious rooms. The use of oils and music was deeply relaxing I was pleasantly surprised as it is the leisure centre but it is definitely professional spa. The therapist was highly professional, skilled and caring. A fantastic massage. Thank you

First of all, nothing to do with Kensington the spa located middle of a council state behind Ladbroke Grove. The receptionist was very kind and helpful but this is where the positive side finished. The place feels dark and unclean. The changing room and the showers are filthy, I couldn't wait to come home and take a shower.
