It is lovely clean place. Excellent facilities and friendly, professional and helpful staff.
The only drawback is some customers with poor manners who talk loudly and steal towels. But staff is there to help. It’s one of the best spa places in London. Thank you

Amazing facilities and great price. Great temperature really hot steam and sauna and lovely ice machine and rain showers with different settings. The hydrotherapy pool jacuzzi also very relaxing
