In the past few weeks the Steam room wasn’t available for us to use. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Overall a great experience! We’ll definitely be back in the near future.

Jacuzzi/ hot tub was very cold, and button to start it was far away - stopped every 10 mins - so had to get out to re-press - water remained cold
body scrub was very sharp and done on dry skin
water in shower was cold for prolonged periods
treatment was okay overall, but facilities very poor
