I really enjoy the massage every time I go but the booking system is quite unreliable to be honest. you might get booked or cancelled, I've had 2 massages which had been cancelled and rescheduled both times. i think they need to.sort out the booking

The spa and facial were amazing. My only complaint was that the robes have no ties to keep them closed so you have to walk around holding your robe closed and then there was no hot water that day to take a shower after my spa experience

On line Booking does not indicate actual treatment time point and 2hr Thermal spa appointment.
Without my agreement the treatment time appointment were arranged.
Could not get a receptionist on the phone easily.
Took ages to get an operator and she was not helpful rather arragant.
Steam room was disrupted for a while.
Those area need to be improved.
The therapist was very experienced.
However my treatment did not start on time.
