Unfortunately, I booked 2 treatments but could only have one as there was a scheduling issue. My second treatment was rescheduled for free and I was offered a 25 min massage complimentary for the inconvenience.
My therapist was lovely and the treatment was great although not quite as advertised. I did not receive a face and scalp massage as part of the Total Spa Experience but did get a thorough back and shoulder massage. My skin was really smooth after the scrub and wrap. I did get an extra 10 mins or so treatment time but not the 25 mins promised.
Overall though, a good experience, and left feeling very relaxed.
