The therapist did not introduce herself or mention when asked what the treatment involved, no aftercare was discussed. Just face down - in & out.

A really lovely massage, except my therapist was running 10 minutes late on this pccasion. I didn’t mind that but she ended my session 10 minutes early as a result of it, to see her next client on time. So that lateness ended up affecting my slot and meant a shorter time than what I’d paid for.
