The Spa facilities i.e. sauna/steam room/Jacuzzi need attention - wear and tear is clearly obvious.
The treatments were fantastic best massage and body exfoliation I have experienced staff very knowledgeable and very skilled.

You can hear the noise of the gym outside which is a shame - but Rosie who is right next to you- you can't hear a peep from her. She imperceptibly glides around and is very skilled at what she does - so that you really do get transported out of this world. A great massage. Thank you
