this is my second visit to the Spa and being very new to this kind of environment the girls made me feel very welcome and at ease. My treatment was amazing and my therapist really focused on my lower back as i explained i had a few niggles there recently. I will defiantly be visiting again soon and have recommended to my mates.
Have been going now for a few months and would honestly recommend to anyone if you like deep tissue then i would say becky is by far the best! but do not overlook ashleigh i have now become a regular at the spa and this will not change! we have a massage every two weeks the staff are the best the atmosphere is great the service second to none. so if your looking for a spa this is in my opinion the BEST price, service, quality. WILL NOT DISAPPOINT
Had an amazing experience and cant wait to return x
Went to Epsom Spa London to their Thermal Tretment. It was only £15 so for the money was great value but not what I was expecting. We went early Monday morning. Ths staff were absolutely lovely but very disorganised. More geared up to deal with people going for a massage or treatment, where the rooms looked (and smelled) great. We also had a lunch, which although was not cheap, was very nice. We got there at 10am - the earliest they open and went in right away, we appeared to be the only thermal experience people there so I was expecting nice empty baths. Wrong, it was chock-a-block full of OAPs. The 'Thermal Waters' are actually just a regular shower, tiny jacuzzi, foot bath, and tiny sauna and steam room attached to a municipal baths. the changing room is the regular swimming pool changing room. It is not a water spa by any means. As the swimming pool opens early the OAPs were there from when the pool opened and drifted into the 'spa' after their swim. We could not get in anywhere for an hour until they went for their cup of tea at about 11am. There were towels and flip flops everywhere of every description, which detracted from our expeience. Also the plugs on the foot spa had snapped off already (we had to search for one) and looked really dingy. The jacuzzi and sauna/steam was nice enough but I didn't feel super relaxed as I was expecting something a bit more exclusive. If I had known regular swimmers could go in too, I could have gone somewhere much closer to home.
Went with my friend for a girly catch up, the facilities were clean and easy to use, staff were friendly and helpful. It is a small area but has everything you need, also if you go during the week its not very busy so you can have the place to yourself. We were also given free lunch and drinks, which were very nice. Also had free fruit and lemon and lime water, perfect for a few hours relaxing.
